Anna Bouman

Anna Bouman is an artist with a cross-disciplinary background who works through different mediums of singing, performance and drawing. Her artistic practice is concerned with the complex intertwining structures of sense and emotions. It leads to alienating and yet strongly realistic expressions of an inner world.

In addition to her artistic practice she is working as an auditor for the healthcare programme of colorectal cancer. Anna was working as a nurse for 15 years, worked and stayed in Spain and in the Netherlands in different fields of health care.  She is  now a student at the Royal Academy of Arts in the Hague.
